PhotoView offers your lodge the flexibility to be a Market Leader in the promotion Worldwide. This new marketing format will show the true essence and beauty of your accommodation from within, whilst promoting your Lodge. Our team of Professional Photographers and Interior Designers are available to capture your Lodge if required, assisting with internal preparation that can maximise the presentation outcome of our photographic images. Or we can use the images of your Lodge taken by other photographers.
PhotoView presentations are set to the appropriate music that joins and works with the atmosphere of your Lodge and the beauty of its natural surroundings. We also work with your suppliers to promote those activities that you offer to your guests. Remember that many of your suppliers may wish to contribute to the cost if they are being shown in a way that will promote their activities and business to your clients.
Various ways in which you could use PhotoView
A PhotoView presentation can be offered as a gift to your departing clients as a thank you for their stay at your Lodge. Remember these clients return home eager to share their overseas experience with their friends and family, that these all become potential new clients for your Lodge in the future.
PhotoView presentations can be sent to Tour Operators and Travel Agents overseas to educate their staff on your product and to show the broad and varied facilities your Lodge has to offer their visiting clients. This is also true of Inbound Tour Operators in New Zealand who could do with insuring each of the staff are up to date on all the facilities of your Lodge keeping your product at the forefront of their minds when selling and promoting your Lodge.
In-House Presentations
PhotoView can be the first tool to show your clients the full facilities of your Lodge from the comfort of their suite. On your clients’ arrival at their suite PhotoView can be playing on a loop system via the suites television showing a welcome from the Management of your Lodge and perhaps an introduction to the team of dedicated staff. You may also show the facilities available in clients’ suite and the activities that your Lodge can offer them during their stay.
Flexibility for any future changes and promotions of your Lodge
PhotoView can be adapted at anytime in the future by way of new photographs or change in text being sent by email to FernVision, allowing us to update your disc with any special offers or promotions. Within hours the changes can be made for just an hourly fee of $70.00 + GST then any new discs issued thereafter carry the new and updated information.
PhotoView on the Web
Our web version of PhotoView product is ideal if you wish to show the presentation of the Lodge to those clicking on to your website. This version is smaller than its larger cousin PhotoView, but still to the quality acceptable by Internet standards.
